  1. Protein Power: Protein is your best friend when it comes to building and repairing muscles. Sources like tuna, chicken, tofu, plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cooked beans, nuts, and eggs are excellent choices.
  2. Carb Loading: Carbohydrates are your primary energy source. Don’t skip them! Opt for whole grains, fruits, and veggies to keep your energy levels steady throughout your workouts.
