Whether you’re headed to work, school, or our health clubs in Corpus Christi, these on-the-go munchies will keep you energized and full.

Fresh Fruit

Not only is fruit easy to pack and transport, but it also provides essential vitamins and minerals. Apples, oranges, bananas, and grapes all make great snacks, especially pre-workout, due to their high levels of carbohydrates and natural sugars.
