Staying active in your senior years is not only great for your metabolism and muscle strength, but exercise may also help prevent certain chronic health concerns like heart disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis. Not to mention — working out also helps you feel positive and healthy!

 

Our gym in Corpus Christi offers classes that are specially designed for seniors. Led by certified instructors, classes focus on improving balance, range of motion, and muscle tone, and can be modified to accommodate every level of fitness.
